Planning and Development Services
The Town's Planning & Development Services are provided under contract. These contractors provide a variety of services. Services include development applications, land use by-law and municipal planning strategy amendments, subdivision applications, heritage properties, civic addressing and mapping information.
Detailed information can be found on the respective sub-pages. As staff do not have offices in the Town of Pictou or regular office hours, the best way to contact them is via email.
