Jitney Trail | Open for walkers; parking at trail entrance now open but if there are too many cars please choose another time. Stay 2 metres (6 feet) away from other people. If you are unwell please refrain from using the trail. |
Pictou Fisheries Training Pool
The Pictou Fisheries Training Pool re-opened on September 1, 2020. This is a progressive phased opening. The pool is now in Phase 3, most regular programs and activities are offered but have limited capacities, and other public health measures and restrictions at this time. All the library services online are free - from downloadable or streaming eBooks, eAudiobooks & eMagazines for all ages (Tumblebooks to OverDrive, and RB Digital), to language learning programs, and a few other information/database sources and some new services coming soon! These online services do require a library card to access (your library card # + a passcode)... and can be under Collections, http://www.parl.ns.ca/
If you need a free library card, please call/text the library, at 1(902)759-2310 ... Mondays to Fridays, from 10am to 3pm ... we are answering calls/texts
