Effective September 25, 2026, a section of the Jitney Trail will be temporarily closed for approximately four (4) weeks to allow for the construction of a new retaining wall.
Affected area: Willow Street Extension to the Atlantic Avenue trail entrance.
Detour signage will be posted to help trail users navigate around the closure.
Trailhead parking is available at:
- Atlantic Avenue entrance
- Brown’s Point Road
- Gut Bridge entrance
