The Town of Pictou is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified individuals, organizations or companies interested in managing the newly redeveloped Town of Pictou Waterfront Marina for the 2027 boating season and beyond.

Following a $12.5 million redevelopment of Market Wharf and the marina facilities, this is an exciting opportunity to operate a modern waterfront marina featuring 57 seasonal and transient berths, floating docks, fueling and pump-out facilities, upgraded water and electrical services, and a Marina Hospitality Centre.

The successful operator will provide professional day-to-day marina management while delivering a welcoming, safe and exceptional experience for boaters and visitors.

Expressions of Interest are due by 4:00 p.m. on September 4, 2026. Submissions must be provided in a sealed envelope to the Town of Pictou. Electronic and fax submissions will not be accepted.
