PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Public Notice is hereby given that Pictou Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive public oral and written submissions on an application by Town of Pictou to enter into a development agreement to construct a maximum twelve (12) unit, three storey dwelling at 85 Union Street.

The subject property is situated in the Residential Designation, Pictou County Intermunicipal Planning Strategy, Generalized Future Land Use Map. This designation permits multiple residential uses by development agreement. 
Details regarding the application may be examined at the Town Office, 40 Water Street, Pictou, prior to the Public Hearing, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weekdays except holidays, or at the Trenton Town Hall (by appointment), at 120 Main Street, Trenton (see contact information below).
